A lista é encabeçada pelo Volvo XC60 que conseguiu a maior pontuação com 98% da nota máxima. No segundo lugar surge o Alfa Romeo Stelvio com 97% da nota máxima.

A Mitsubishi surge na terceira com o Eclipse Cross que conseguiu 97% da nota máxima, seguindo-se 3 modelos da Volkswagen: o Polo (96%), o Arteon (96%) e o  SUV produzido na Autoeuropa – o T-Roc – com um índice de 96% de proteção de adultos.

Seguem-se o Volvo V90, o Toyota C-HR, o Mazda CX-5, novamente um Volvo (o S90) na décima posição, todos com 95% de proteção de adultos.

O 11º lugar é ocupado pelo SEAT Arona, seguindo-se o SEAT Ibiza (ambos com 95%). O Range Rover Velar ocupa a 13.ª posição e o Audi Q5 a 14.ª. A lista encerra com o Skoda Karoq com 93% na proteção de adultos.
